John Williams is a virtuoso on both concertina and two-row button accordion. The first U.S.-born first-place winner on concertina in the All-Ireland Championship, John has also earned All-Ireland honors on button accordion three times. He teaches and performs at Ireland's famous Willie Clancy Summer School, Swannanoa Gathering, and other prestigious folk workshops. John's squeezebox sounds were featured on the celebrated PBS series, "Out Of Ireland,"on the film "The Brothers McMullen," and on several TV and radio programs. John has worked with countless Irish and Irish-American musicians and records for Green Linnet.
